"And we look for the truth" was composed in memory of the Hungarion revolution of 1956. It consists of five mouvements, based on Hungarian folk poetry and a poem by József Attila.

1. És keressük az igazságot- And we search for the truth - En we zoeken de waarheid

2. Félre bánat, félre bú - Be gone sorrow, be gone sadness - Weg droefheid, weg verdriet

3. Szomorú fűzfának - The weeping willow - De treurwilg (a cappella)

4. Jaj Istenem, hogy éljek meg - Oh God, how must I live - O God, hoe moet ik leven (violoncello solo)

5. Elmegyek, elmegyek - I am leaving - Ik ga weg, ik ga weg
